The commission composer and renders

Your answers in the composer stay in your browser until you press a button.

“Email my concept” submits your sheet, including your email address, to this website’s host (Netlify), which stores the submission and notifies Naman so he can reply. Before sending, we check that your email’s domain can receive mail; this is a technical lookup and does not send you a message.

“Render my concept” sends your description, and any reference image you add, to an image-generation service (Google, through Netlify) to produce the picture. Your name, email address and destination are not included in that request. The rendered picture is stored on Netlify so that your emailed sheet can link to it. When a render succeeds, Naman receives an email with the picture, your description and the email address you entered, so that he can reply even if you do not send the sheet.

To limit misuse, the number of renders is capped per day. We keep a one-way daily fingerprint derived from your network address for that count; it is not used to identify you.

Anonymous visit counts

To understand whether the site is useful, it counts visits anonymously. For each page view it records the page, the general source of the visit (for example a Google search or one of our Google ads, with the ad campaign and search phrase), your country, whether you are on a phone or a larger screen, and how far you went through the commission composer.

It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device for this purpose, and does not record your name, email address or network address. Each page view gets a random number that exists only while the page is open, so visits are counted, not followed. A one-way daily fingerprint of your network address is used only to stop automated floods, as for renders.

Who operates this website

Alvora is the contemporary stone-art direction of The Star Murti Museum, Chandpol Bazar, Jaipur, India. This notice applies to the Alvora website and its WhatsApp and email commission-enquiry routes.

The WhatsApp brief

When you choose WhatsApp, your concept sheet is not submitted to or stored on this website. The site opens WhatsApp with a draft message. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send that message in WhatsApp.

WhatsApp then processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Depending on your WhatsApp settings, the message may include your WhatsApp phone number, profile information and the project details you send.

The email brief

“Email my concept” does not open your email app. It submits your concept sheet through this website, as described in the section above, so that Naman can reply to the address you give.

Direct email links, such as naman@alvoraatelier.com, open a draft in your own email app. Those drafts are not copied to this website; your email provider and our email service process the message under their own terms and privacy policies.

Optional Google measurement

If measurement is enabled on this site and you allow it, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads may process device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed, campaign parameters and the fact that a WhatsApp or email brief button was selected. A button selection does not confirm that a message was sent. We do not send your name, phone number, company, destination, dimensions, timing, budget or message text to Google as event details.

Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We do not use day-one measurement for remarketing or personalised advertising.

Your measurement choice

Google measurement is not loaded unless a Google Tag Manager container has been connected and you allow measurement in the preference notice. You may continue without allowing it. To change a saved choice on this device, use the button below and reload the homepage.

Messages and commercial records

If you send us a WhatsApp message or email, we use it to answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation, manage any resulting order, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. We retain relevant conversations and commercial records only for as long as needed for those purposes.

International processing and your choices

Alvora serves international buyers from India, and WhatsApp, Google or email providers may process information in other countries. You can choose your contact method and decline optional Google measurement. You may ask us by WhatsApp or email to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to records we must retain by law or for an active transaction.

Films you choose to play

The Console and Lazy Susan films are hosted through Higgsfield’s media delivery service. Choosing Play or opening a film separately connects your browser to its CloudFront-hosted media file. The host receives information needed to deliver the file, including your IP address and browser request information. These players do not transmit your enquiry-form fields.

The website does not load these films automatically or add a third-party embedded player. You can instead read the narration beside each film without loading its video.
